VT Mania has a very extensive menu to choose from, food seems authentic! The inside is simple, nothing too fancy, but most importantly feels clean and the staff is welcoming.
I tried the dry noodles (Hu Thieu) which comes with broth on the side, and it was delicious. We also ordered grilled pork spring rolls which were really good.
Tomi Ramen has become a favorite go-to for ramen for me and my husband. There's a variety of small appetizers and side dishes if you don't have a large appetite, and well portioned ramen and other meals if you do.
