We discovered Omoide Noodles & Bowls several years ago, and they instantly became our family's 'go-to' place to eat. When none of us can decide, or agree, where to eat, someone says "Omoide?" and its an immediate "Sure!!". They have the best shrimp tempura I've tried, made to order.
VT Mania had a very extensive menu to choose from, food seems authentic! The inside is simple, nothing too fancy, but most importantly feels clean and the staff is welcoming.
I tried the dry noodles (Hu Thieu) which comes with broth on the side, and it was delicious. We also ordered grilled pork spring rolls which were really good.
