Las Vegas is many things, but stagnant certainly isn’t one of them.

Good morning Vegas! My name is Matthew and I want to thank you for being one of the first to read The Vantage LV. It’s my honor to bring you the best of the best that Vegas has to offer directly to your inbox every Wednesday.

Since relocating here, I have always been on the hunt to explore everything the city has to offer, but I quickly found it was like digging in a massive toybox looking for the perfect thing to play with. Choice overload and lack of curation left me overwhelmed! I kept missing the good stuff!

This led me here, finding passion in the ever-changing nature of the city and the excitement of the new. No other city in the world is as diverse and eccentric as Vegas, and I know you don’t want to miss a thing. So again, welcome to the party!

Las Vegas never slows down and never do we. This week we have:

Inspired by the seedier Parisian underbelly, the brand-new Petite Bohème is just phase one of a huge Paris themed project by Chef James Trees and managing partner Keith Bracewell. If the Banksy inspired art and décor isn’t enough for you to venture over to the Art’s District for this one, the truly exciting menu should do the trick.

🔑VANTAGE TIP: Try the J’accuse, made with bonded apple brandy, amaro and absinthe.

Eataly Las Vegas just keeps expanding, adding this third bar to it’s selection. Outstanding Pizza paired with it’s a drink from the extensive Italian wine list and robust cocktail menu are a fantastic way to start a day of exploring the Strip. Also, did you know Eataly has Vegas’ only “Nutella Bar”? That’s the next stop for sure.

Going “Tour Mode” across the US, you can check out this funky San Diego based indie band TONIGHT! Not only can you check out some excellent talent, but Area 15 is an excellent venue to experience the band’s unique “psychedelic garage rock”-vibe. Since discovering them, “Pitbull Goes to the Club” has taken up it’s own residency on my personal playlist.

Why be drunk and depressed at home, when you can be drunk and depressed with friends?

Palm Tree Beach Club @ The MGM – Summer 2025 | 🔗 Link
Prepare to a trip to the Tropics this Summer, as MGM is opening up 60,000 square feet of saltwater pools, live music stages, and luxury cabanas. On spectacle alone, I feel like this will be the place to relax pool-side this summer, and with a 3,000 person capacity there should be room for everyone.

Sublimotion – Expected Opening: Sometime in 2025
Coming to the Arts District, Sublimotion is going to be an "Immersive dining experience that combines culinary excellence with advanced scenic art and technology" featuring currently unnamed “Michelin Star Chefs”. Despite it’s 7,400 square feet of space, the experience will only seat 12. It’s unclear at this time if there is a connection to the Sublimotion restaurant in Ibiza, a +$1000 per person immersive dining experience.
