Some days, Vegas is calm and unassuming, a place just like any other. But sometimes, it reminds us why Sin City is THE party capital of the world!

Good morning Vegas! Do you feel the energy in the air? The game of all games is this weekend, and every corner of Vegas is celebrating! As the weather starts to turn and we all start wandering back out into reality, I feel like this weekend will be our real groundhog; signaling the return of spring in full force.

We have a lot to talk about, so let’s get started. Highlights include:

Chef Jeremy Ford, the James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and winner of Bravo's Top Chef Season 13, brings pure unfiltered fine dining to Vegas next week with Stubborn Seed. Making it’s home at Resorts World, this future LV staple focus on elevating the basics: incredible ingredients, exciting flavors, and bold execution.

🔑VANTAGE TIP: As of the time of writing, there are still several openings for Valentine’s Day still available. Oops, the secret is out so you better hurry!

"Caramella is part restaurant, part lounge, drawing inspiration from 1970s Italy."

Newly opened at Planet Hollywood, Caramella brings classic comfort and delicious Italian fare alongside one of the best views of the strip you can dine with. Featuring a full restaurant as well as a speakeasy hidden lounge tucked behind a a faux-candy store, Caramella invites you to return to vintage Vegas with some style and class.

🔑VANTAGE TIP: Being in the know is great, huh? As of the time of writing, there are still openings for Valentine’s Day. Their V-Day pre-fix also includes complimentary cocktails in their hidden lounge.

"The best Laos Thai food in all of Vegas!”

Freshly opened in the East-Side, Laos Thai Street Food promises exactly that. The dishes and flavors are about as authentic as they come, serving traditional Laotian and Thai street foods done the exact way it is on the other side of the world. Watch out though, because that includes those authentic Thai spices; My dish was a 2 out of 10, and I was still pretty near tapping out by the time the check arrived. Worth it though.

🏈 Super Bowl and beyond, Vegas is the place to play this weekend!

SUPER BOWL LIX

Game day has arrived and Vegas is the place to be. Dozens of watch parties all around the city means that no matter your location or budget, you can have a wild time! Here are just a few interesting options:

If you want to be smack dab in the middle of the mayhem this weekend, Downtown Las Vegas has you covered. Check out the free bleachers, or nab a table for just a $100 drink minimum (let’s be real you’re gonna drink that much anyways). You and a few hundred of your closest friends can experience all the action at the next best thing to just being there.

Even more Thai cuisine find it’s home in Las Vegas next month with a Khao Soi specialty restaurant opening up soon and I could not be more excited. It’s even open 24/7!

Cote Vegas – 2025
The Venetian is going to open a brand-new concept restaurant this year with Cote, a Korean Steakhouse and future staple of the resort. Claiming to be “Infused with the opulence and grandeur of Sin City”, Cote will no doubt be as delicious as it is expensive.
