šŸ”„ This Week in Vegas

Love is in the air… but honestly, so is the smell of amazing food.

Good morning Vegas! I know you’ve probably got your Valentine’s plans locked in by now—whether it’s a fancy dinner, a cozy night in, or just pretending the holiday doesn’t exist; but there’s plenty more to talk about this weekend.

Because while everyone is busy picking out roses and debating the correct level of effort for a Valentine’s Day gift based on length of relationship, the city is out here doing what it does best—throwing incredible events, opening new spots, and giving you a million reasons to step out. Love is cool and all, but this weekend, maybe let the city take you out:

  • Three nights, endless bites, and flavors you won’t forget.

  • A nostalgic escape where the wheels (and the good times) never stop.

  • A speakeasy where the drinks and bites are equally smooth.

Here’s what’s worth your time this week:

šŸ½ļø New Tastes

Whether you're craving adventure or indulgence:

Dream Asia Food Fest | February 14-16th
šŸ“ Downtown Las Vegas Events Center

"Dream Asia isn’t just a food fest—it’s a full-blown celebration of Asia’s rich and diverse cultures. "

Come hungry this weekend, as over 90 vendors are setting up to deliver the absolute finest East Asian, Southeast Asian, South Asian, Central Asian, and Asian Fusion cuisine you can find. With over 20 popular vendors coming all the way from NYC to share the love, you are might want to take all 3 days to experience it all! This is THE food festival of the year in my opinion.

šŸ”‘VANTAGE TIP: For the adventurous, there is also a "small bites tasting menuā€ with items starting at just $6. Try everything and find a new favorite!

RSK at The Lexi | Opens February 14th
šŸ“ The Lexi

"Intimate dining experience featuring a 6-course aphrodisiac tasting menu paired beautifully with luscious wines."

It’s gettin’ real hot over at the Lexi this Valentine’s Day as they launch their new concept restaurant RSK. The new venue offers an especially sensual menu with a tasting menu that starts at ā€œforeplayā€ and ends where you might expect. To be fair, this is the same hotel that prides itself on it’s topless pool, so it shouldn’t be any surprise.

Clouffee & Tea | Now Open
šŸ“ 6587 S Las Vegas Blvd Ste B187 Las Vegas, NV 89119

"Clouffee & Tea at Town Square will be a vibrant destination, delivering an interactive and dynamic experience that perfectly captures the energy and excitement Las Vegas locals and visitors crave."

The Robots have taken over Vegas, but luckily all they do is serve boba. Clouffee & Tea has just recently opened in Town Square and it’s already proving itself quite a hit as it cranks out delicious drinks and delivers some surprisingly engaging conversation. Come say hi to ADAM the Robo-barista try it for yourself.

🚧 Breaking Ground

Breaking ground, breaking diets—will these new spots be worth the hype?:

Nomikai – Spring 2025
The Venetian keeps expanding and nothing has me more excited than Nomikai. This upcoming bar boasts 3 of my favorite things: Sushi, Sake, Speakeasy. Catch me there this Spring when it finally opens it’s doors.

Blue Bottle – 2025
Another favorite comes to Vegas, this time from Singapore. Blue Bottle as become synonymous with delicious, premier, sustainable coffee, and it’s finding a new home at UnCommons sometime this year.

Xiao Long Dumplings – 2025
You can never have too much of a good thing. Xiao Long Dumplings has broken ground on a second location, this time in the Southwest Valley. Construction is still heavily underway, but fingers crossed we’ll see it this year as this one is closer to me!

šŸ“… Convention Center

Big ideas, bold industries—Vegas conventions are where deals get done:

CHAMPS Trade Show | February 12th-15th

I was not ready for how good Winnie & Ethel’s is. It’s like a cute little retro diner but the food is actually amazing. The Biscuits and gravy were so good! Go early though, it got packed after we got there.

I don’t even like sweets that much, but Suzuya Patisserie has me in a chokehold. Their strawberry shortcake is so light and fluffy, I almost ate three slices in one sitting. Also, their matcha drinks šŸ˜
