Instead of just Wednesdays, you’ll now get fresh updates every Monday and Thursday.

When I first started The Vantage LV, my goal was to capture all the newest Vegas had to offer so you didn’t have to go chasing and digging, but even I underestimated just how fast this city moves. To cover everything, and keep you informed, I realized one issue a week simply just isn’t enough. Thank you again for the huge support.

Bingeable shows have become bingeable meals this week as Netflix Bites has arrives at MGM Grand, turning your favorite shows into over-the-top, TV-themed dining experiences. Dishes inspired by Bridgerton, One Piece, Stranger Things, and more are already making waves, and early reports say the food actually lives up to the hype—a plot twist no one saw coming. Walk-ins only for now, but reservations open February 19.

Cheongdam Food Hall Revamp | Opened February 12th-14th

One of Chinatown’s most beloved food halls just leveled up. Cheongdam Food Hall has nearly doubled its lineup, adding three fresh new vendors to its already stacked roster. If you needed another excuse to stop by, consider this your sign.

• Downtowners — Direct from Seoul, this burger and sandwich spot delivers loaded, over-the-top bites dripping with bold Korean flavors.

• Broken Coffee — No gimmicks, just smooth, creamy, expertly crafted coffee with a variety of unique and indulgent drinks.

• Tiger Go Go — A modern take on Chinese fusion, bringing deeply savory, satisfying flavors to round out the hall’s offerings.

Sorellina | Opened February 11th

Refined taste, reckless fun, and day drinking in a pool—what’s your fun?:

GO Pool – March 2025
Go Pool at the Flamingo is set to redefine poolside entertainment with five all-new pools, a 30-seat swim-up bar, 33 VIP cabanas and live DJ’s seven days a week with it’s $20m renovation project. This adult-only pool is accepting reservations now for this Summer.

Boa Steakhouse – Summer 2025
Villa Azur is out, Boa Steakhouse is in. Opening this summer at the Venetian in the former’s place, Boa Steakhouse brings -back- it’s SoCal based to Las Vegas, after leaving in 2012. Expect signature dishes such as 21-day dry-aged tomahawk steak, Japanese A5 wagyu, and free-range lamb lollipops later this year.

Urban Air Adventure Park – 2025
If you’ve got kids, nieces, nephews, or just a lot of energy, Urban Air Adventure Park is about to be the new go-to. The indoor adrenaline playground is opening two locations this year, packed with trampolines, zip lines, dodgeball, climbing walls, and obstacle courses. There’s a café for when the fun inevitably wears you out and you need a recharge.
